This was my 1st time seeing this doctor I thought she was very thorough and that she listened.

This was my first visit with Dr. Melissa Pradhan. She was very thorough with listening to my family history and concerns. She gave me a thorough examination. And ordered a stress test after giving me a ekg. That showed abnormalities. I look forward to having her as. My physician.

The provider and the staff in the office did a good job but there was an issue with the person who set the appointment. I told the person I needed a nurse visit for a TB test. They set the appointment but did not get an order so on the day of the appointment the nurse called to tell me that there was no order. Fortunately, they were able to squeeze me in to see the doctor and she was able to put in the order.

As always, Dr. Pradhan is fantastic. The policies that Advocate has of trying to scan a drivers license every time continues to be ridiculous and unnecessary.

Dr. Pradhan is very passionate about my health concerns. She never makes me feel rushed. She answered my question and keeps up with my routine care. She advises me to exercise and eat healthy. I would recommend Dr. Pradhan to anyone seeking a caring and professional physician.

Everyone I have talked to or have been seen by have given me 100% of their attention and have always helped out 100%.

Would like to see very visible name tags and what they are - rn or cna etc but visible and big enough print and easy to read at all times

Dr. Pradhan is extremely knowledgeable and does not rush you through the visit.
