Dr. Pradhan is a new doctor for me since mine is retiring, it was a nice 'get acquainted' visit.
I generally only need to be seen by the doctor once a year. This time I had a concern and was able to discuss it with Dr. Pradhan. We'll be following up in a few weeks. I am very pleased having her as my doctor.
The wait time was very long (1 hour) no apologies or explanation by with reception, nurse or physician
Dr Melissa Pradhan is a very caring professional, who shows her concern for my well being. From the initial check in with the office staff, to the nurses assistant who took my weight/BP/ and recent Hx, to my assessment by Dr Pradhan , I received efficient and excellent care!

This was the first time seeing Dr Melissa Pradhan for a Medicare yearly wellness checkup. Dr Pradhan was very helpful and gave good insight to what is needed going forward. A very pleasant experience.
Waited 5 weeks for the appointment only to have it cancelled by the office the night before. Ended up with a "virtual" visit which I didn't want. It's impossible to get a semi timely appointment with the doctor now. All a month or more out and no guarantee you will have the appointment honored.
Dr. Pradhan is a wonderful doctor.
Except that the appointment was 35 minutes late in starting, the experience was excellent.
She discussed a medication to help with .y health issues. She quickly sent a request to the pharmacy.
