This time when I went to Advocate Medical Group in Orland Park they had a greeter. This person was friendly and made sure I knew where to go. When I was sitting in the waiting area she updated me I would be called next. When I asked the triage nurse about this she said it was new and this person helps the staff and the patients go smoothly. The triage nurse was nice. This was my first time meeting her. I think as a suggestion, it would be nice if the same nurses worked with my Dr. Pradhan. This way not only do I know my doctor but I can also get to the nurses that work with my doctor.

Dr. Pradhan was very attentive, made me feel very comfortable. We laughed a little bit, which makes things easier. I feel very comfortable with her.
