I was pleased with the care Dr. Pradhan showed in listening to my concerns, and providing recommendations. She ordered an x-ray as a precaution. I appreciated all of her care.

I arrived 15 minutes prior to the appointment as requested. Taken back by the nurse on time. Then sat in the room for 40+ minutes before the doctor arrived. Began to feel like I was forgotten. Frustrating that I comply with the request to be early yet the same respect isn't given to my time.

My doctor is very professional and know my history... She listens to me and works with me on my wants and needs. I sends messages on the portal to my doctor if I have any questions or anything... I always have a great experience except sometimes when I want to make an appointment the appointments are far and wide.
