Melissa, was very attentive and easy to understand. Very knowledgeable and helpful in regards to figuring out my complications. I had issues with insurance prior authorization and she contacted them the morning of my appointment and got me in touch with the scheduler on- site for the procedures. One of the best physicians I have met with.

Not sure if the visit was necessary. Not sure why we could have just scheduled the colonoscopy and save the cost of this visit.
