Our health care system can be a dark place, with profit motives, inconsistent coverage and insurance carrier bureaucracy. Yet sometimes there's a soft bright light in the void. In this case her name was Melissa, the GI NP who provided my care. She immediately put me at ease, asking the right, specific questions about my condition and performing the needed exam professionally. She then guided me through follow up options and scheduling, allaying my fears about anesthesia. 1. Keep her in your practice. 2. Pay her more.

I wish all providers would be as attentive to their patients as Melissa is. Melissa actually LISTENS to what I'm saying and works with me to find solutions to my issues rather than dismissing my concerns. She has helped me more than any other provider in years! I'm very thankful for her knowledge and concern for my wellbeing.

Melissa was extremely knowledgeable about medical issues that were related to me. She was very personable and a great listener. She made sure that all of my concerns were taken care of and very reassuring. Knowledgeable of meds.
