All the staff was warm and friendly and explained things well. they did not make me feel rushed and allowed me time to ask questions which of course you don't always think of at first!

Matthew was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He listen to me addressed all my concerns and then did things immediately that were a great help to me suggested things that I should do in the future. My overall experience with him was excellent. Aurora grafton does a wonderful job. I've been there quite a lot and all the staff from the greeters to the doctors and especially the nurses are excellent. Thank you for your help.

I have seen 5 different doctors for my problem and all of told me basically that nothing could be done to relieve my pain. Dr. Wichman was totally aware of all the past things that I have tried. He alarmed gave me several options and explained each one. After 7 months of dealing with this problem I finally felt like I was treated like a human being. Very happy with my appointment.
