This office has improved in their timeliness since my earlier visits. The front desk is not very helpful. They do the necessary but not particularly pleasant. The medical staff is excellent.
Great doctor very I tune to my condition and needs
I felt very comfortable and informed during my entire visit and procedure. Everything was explained to Me very well. I was also informed of after care and where to Call for any further information.
Doctor was very rushed. Was behind schedule. Which I understand. But I thought of questions after I left. Like where do I go for a prescription for an anti-inflammatory?
It was Good.
I had to wait quite awhile, but I was the last appointment of the day and I know how schedules can get backed up. I didn't feel like he rushed with me. He answered all my questions.
Dr Matthew Wichman is very professional and very proficient. Even though the waiting room was full I was seen at my appointment time. Dr Matthew has a wonderful demeanor and encourages as the procedure is going on.
I requested physical therapy from Feedom across the street from the hospital. The doctor said ok and that they did great work. When the referral was issued, it was for Aurora, not Freedom. The referral did not indicate a time frame, although he said 4 to 6 weeks. The therapist has me scheduled for 8 weeks.
Too long of a wait to be seen. I would have liked a phone call telling me that the MD is running behind then I could have arrived later and not have to wait in the waitng for 40 minutes.
I have recommended Dr Wichman and his staff several times over the years.
