Came into the office with a concern about a certain health issue and the provider in a not very sensitive manner brought up weight management and weight loss. It was the manner in which it happened that was problematic, not the fact that it was brought up. Additionally my name, which is quite common having a common spelling was said incorrectly. It seemed off putting.
Covered the issue and recommend a treatment I can live with
