Mary is a great PA at the Advocate Medical Group. My bad experience was that I could not schedule an appointment with my primary physician. There are not enough physicians at the facility, so you must schedule an appointment a year in advance. Another disappointment was that my fallback physician, whom I had scheduled an appointment with over three months ago, canceled my appointment three days before my scheduled appointment, so I had to end up having my annual physical exam with Mary. I have been going to this facility for over 20 years, and the service has declined over the past three years, so I am disappointed. I hope you guys are listening to the customers.
Mary is wonderful. She's very intelligent and well informed of the latest treatments and medications. I always feel as though she really listens to me, taking into account my opinions and concerns. She puts me at ease and I trust her.
I thank Mary Mueller she has taken me on and has got me in the right direction for my health,now she's helping my son!!!!
