This provider Dr. Mary Lo is very nice, caring and friendly. Made going to the appointment so comfortable. She listens and explains everything. I would recommend her to anyone needing an allergist.
It took me over 6 months to see this allergist. She apologized when she found out. Not her fault. I really liked her because she took the time with me asked me questions and gave me great info for follow up care. Was concerned that I understood and was comfortable with her recommendations going forward.
She started me in a new medication, and messaged me to see how I was doing on it.
Dr Rolfes-Lo is a very caring Dr.
The allergy specialist in this building were great. They learned that I didn't have any allergies and the one I was told I had for the last 40 years will most likely get removed after several tests and explaination. There should be more helpful staff like this but it shouldn't take 5 or more months to get an appointment.
Doctor is very compassionate and made sure I understood all testing and diagnosis. Staff was just as awesome as the doctor !
She always listens carefully and takes her time for the correct diagnosis.
