Excellent listener, extremely important. She is a very compassionate doctor. Gave me options on how to proceed forward with my medical care. Dr. Rolfes-Lo's medical staff is quite knowledgeable and works hand in hand with her. Although her office is 1 hr. away from my home, the drive was well worth the office visit.
