Dr Mary Jo Rofles-Lo treats me as if I was her only patient. I don't know if she studies my chart before my appointment, but she remembered small things from the last year's appointment.

It was my initial visit as a new patient, and for timing, it had to be done virtually. It was my first real experience doing it this way, and I was very impressed. I hope the next in-person visit will be even better as we get to know each other.
