This was my first visit as a new patient at this office.I was very impressed by everyone especially dr.Rolfes-Lo. I'm very happy to have her as my allergy doctor.

Awesome doctor very knowledgeable

There was an issue with getting medication that is a specialty. And how things were handled was terrible. Lost time at work, prescription given, and approval time.

Dr R Lo is so compassionate about her specialty. You can see this through the way she describes the process, cause, and treatment.

Wonderful doctor

Some questions on this survey are not applicable (i.e, MD is an allergist not PCP). I saw this provider b/c current allergist is retiring. Office nursing staff very responsive to phone call inquires prior to appointment. MD responsive to questions via portal after visit (to clarify a few points from in -person visit). Nursing and medical staff friendly. Only critique would be that second floor check in staff were eating at desk (mid-morning); placing food in their mouths with their hands then touching computer key board and paperwork handed to patient. Not hygenic. Suggest they limit eating to break time, not during patient interaction.
