The doctor and the staff were excellent. I will say your phone system is awful. The wait time is ridiculous and I think you need a better answering call back system.

It was a pleasure going to the new office. The appointment was on time and I was able to get Blood work the same day and had the results the next morning. The staff was professional and courteous which was a pleasant change from the staff at the old office.

1020am appointment. did not get in till 1055am. Not sure what the reason for appointment times are. When I'm running late for an appointment I call and let the other person know I'm running late. Won't be coming back.

Dr. Wrobel follows up with me on a weekly basis to monitor my complex health conditions. He is very attentive and supportive in advising me how to manage my health situation.
