Service and appointment were quick and timely, however it was blatant that the staff were in a rush to keep a tight schedule. From the nurse to my provider to the outpatient care, it wasn't the quickness of the appointment that I take concern with, but rather the attitude conveyed. Questions with my physician for a physical we're yes/no with no dialogue on my health besides a review of the stats gathered by the nurse on me entering the room. Discussion on prescription and current health issues related to it was robust. I'm not sure if the nature of a physical exam is this straightforward, especially since this is 2nd appointment with my physician and the 1st time in the new building in Park Ridge. I do wish the there was notice of the audio recording for my care discussion with my physician and I wish more information was shared as to when/where/what/why/how the data & call which is deeply personable is being stored. The behind the scenes work to get this appointment and meeting was excessive - so many phone calls with Advocate Aurora staff (very helpful & timely) - but the direct work with the doctors office was curt and a bit difficult to pin down. New building is great, spacious, and the appointment itself went smoothly including the lab devices that followed.
