I found out that if need an insurance pre-certification for testing that is not going to be performed at an Advocate facility you are out of luck because no one can help you. I felt abandoned, this is not the Doctors fault, it is the big corporate of Advocate. Someone needs to be a little human to help people out.

Marta was amazing! This was my first doctor's appointment alone at a new doctor's office (without my parents) and she defiantly answered all of my question. She is a great listener, and gave me tons of information to follow-up with specific specialists. Thank you! :)
