Very easy to communicate with my provider and his staff.

My options for treatment were fully explained in language I could understand. I was shown x-rays and the MRI with clear explanation of what I saw. Waiting time in exam room was long, perhaps because Dr. was very thorough and attentive with each patient he saw that day.

Very knowledgeable and Professional

My experience with the doctor was fabulous. What I am not sure of is if I was actually checked in. I was early to my appointment but patients went in and came out but no one called me in until I went and asked if I was checked in and then I was told I would be next. There was no one else in the room. I was not checked in!

I had to wait an hour to see my doctor. If he was behind, we should have been told.

I went to see this provider specifically for my shoulder so it's not like. We discussed healthy eating or any of that I do that with my primary so I don't want anything bad to be set against him. Hes very good I've seen this doctor before and if I need surgery hes the one I would trust to do it.

I realize he is very busy and there was a surgery issue earlier in the day. This put my appointment 45 minutes late. Would have been nice when I checked in that someone would have mentioned this delay. He is such an excellent doctor the wait was worth it.

Was a first time pt and was impressed by the efficiency of the staff and timeliness of the appt. Everyone was very friendly and readily answered questions

Dr. Wichman's PA and medical assistant are both top-notch as well.

There was a delay. I waited in the examination room for over 30 minutes. The doctor explained and apologized when he came in, but it would have been nice if a staff member had informed me of the reason for the delay.
