Waited 45 minutes for a 5-minute visit.

Dr Wichman was very helpful and explained and addressed my issue. My only concern was the time I had to wait to see him . About an hour and a half. In looking at the reviews posted on LiveWell , I'd say it happens often

My experience with the staffing were professional, and very very pleasant. Dr Wichman,words can not describe his knowledge and skills as a surgeon. I admire and appreciate his dedication and professionalism to his patients. And PT team I been working with after @ home PT are phenomenal.

The PSR was utterly bored, did not speak, and was playing with her phone before and after she checked me in. I've been a nurse for many years and I have thick skin, so I can tolerate it, but I felt really bad for every other patient coming into contact with her the rest of the day.....

This provider has grown exponentially since 1997. He definitely earns a rating of excellent from me. I'm trying to get something for knee pain, a cream not pills and I don't know where the disconnect is or why I feel like I'm not being heard. the staff answers his MyChart and he didn't seem to be aware that I had had discussions with them, and that they are now not responding to my messages on MyChart. I told him FOR THE SECOND TIME THAT I still need the namebrand Voltaren cream. NOT THE PILLS. I don't know what happened. but oh well he is a whole lot better than a lot of other doctors that I've seen. I just wish he would answer his own MyChart messages. and I wish that I could get some namebrand Voltaren cream. Or some kind of prescription strength, pain cream that really really works until I can get my total knee replacement surgery.

Drs at all hospital systems working together as a team. Getting to the bottom of the most painful areas and what contributing to from spine SI / Coccydynia . Surgical Intervention needs to be done. I still can't sit on my but, right side and it limits all of my activities. Pain is unbearable. Been seen by several PTs, back and spine programs. Had trouble getting to appointments. Ride service is absolutely essential to keep up. Dr. Wichman mentioned his brother. I don't remember if he just does hips? My spine is completely off, throws off my gait and balance. Climbing stairs. Or even enjoying a concert with my daughter. Or family vacation ! No quality of life. Any feedback appreciated.
