I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Waples and the staff in his office. I felt so lucky to have been treated by him when I was ill over the summer. However, it was very difficult for me to secure time and transit and childcare to get to the hospital for this follow up. I didn't learn anything I didn't already know from the messages Dr. Waples sent after various tests and imaging. I wish I could've met virtually for this appointment, or simply followed up by phone - perhaps these options could be made available when patients have low-risk imaging/test results?
