They took their time explaining things. They were Not in a hurry to get us out of there. My son and l appreciated that.

WAPLES AND HIS NURSE ARE EXCEPTIONAL, HOWEVER, THE GAL WHO SCHEDULED ME FOR MY NEXT FOLLOW-UP VISIT WAS QUITE UNFRIENDLY AND MADE ME FEEL LIKE I WAS IMPOSING ON HER TO SIMPLY PRINT OUT THE SUMMARY OF MY VISIT. ON PRIOR VISITS, THIS WAS NOT THE CASE AT ALL WITH OTHER SCHEDULERS. PERHAPS SHE SHOULD FIND ANOTHER JOB!
