Dr. Le was very understanding and nice bed side manner ?

I was pleased with the time Dr. Le took to explain things to me and to encourage me in that my problem will probably be resolved following her instructions.

Dr. Le is a wondeful and kind person. She speaks is such a kind and conciderate manner. I'm happy to have her as one of my sons doctors.

I really wish I had been scheduled where the biopsy of the thyroid nodules could have been done instead of seeing a provider who couldn't do the biopsy. Now I have to wait more time to the have the biopsy scheduled. I waited more than a month to be seen by this provider. She was great and the office staff were great, but I feel the appointment was unproductive.

The front desk ladies, Nurse and the Doctor were all nice, polite and welcoming and a very pleasant and quiet environment. The wasn't a robot, was not afraid to touch my face to medically examine me.

I have been very satisfied with the providers at Aurora Health for the last several years. I have found a GP that I am comfortable with & the specialists etc. he has recommended have been great as well. I can always reach him by email or phone which makes me very happy.

They are very good and do everything that is needed and do it very well. Every one is great. Thank you for taking the time to take care of me.
