Marissa Le is a great Doctor, but is very busy. It is too bad that appointments must be set so far in advance. Please consider ways to "lighten her load" to allow her to see patients sooner. And would you please stop focusing on the patients need to be 15-minutes early? That is clearly for the benefit of Aurora, and NOT the patient. If I have an appointment at 10:30, I hope the medical provider is ready to see me. To REQUIRE me to be there 15-minutes early is no benefit to me. If the Dr. is running late by 10-15 minutes, you are telling my time is of no value, and the medical teams time is paramount. How about expecting the patient at 10:00 a.m. for an appointment at 10:00 a.m.?

Dr Le was so friendly and understanding - I wish she was a primary care physician! I can say I actually enjoyed my appointment. I definitely feel confident to go ahead with procuring hearing aids in the near future. And after her recommendation and prescription for a nasal spray, I have to say it's the first time I've breathed well in a very long time.
