The front desk personnel were not very friendly.

Everyone was kind, thorough, knowledgeable, and professional.

I love Dr. Gladson she is awesome.

About the no...it didn't come up so we didn't talk about illness or injury. The interaction with the staff was wonderful. Dr. Gladson is the reason I (and my wife) are now Advocate clients.

This was my first time seeing Dr Gladson due to my previous Dr. dropping out from my insurance group and I was very happy with her.

The Dr was not only super informative and courteous I think she went above and beyond and helping me with my future health care goals.
