My telephone experience while trying to get a hold of my Doctor's office was excruciatingly painful. To be playing back-and-forth on hold. Not only Is it ridiculous before I get ahold of my Doctor's office. Mind you not my DR!! just someone who can pass a message to the DR. explaining that the Rx from my visit yesterday did not make it to the pharmacy. The automated system is at best a terrible waist of your patients time.

It was my first visit. She seems to be good and very attentive.

My wife and have been patients with Dr. Gladson since she first started with Vista in my hometown. She has known us for years. When we found out she was moving over to Advocate in Crystal Lake there was no question at all where we were going to go for all of our health and medical needs

She makes my child feel very comfortable. That is most important to me.

First time to see her, very nice doctor.

I liked the dr very much she was very helpful.

It was our first meeting so she couldn't possibly know my health history. What she need more info on, she looked back into my history.

Dr. Gladson is the best doctor I have ever had. The staff is very helpful as well. And I would highly recommend this office.
