The front desk staff was very unfriendly - both coming in and leaving. They were chatting and did not acknowledge I was there right away. Then they said I was 10 min late, but I was only 8 or 9 minutes late according to the clock on the wall just to the right. Plus they delayed me by chatting. They said the 10 min late policy would require them to check with the team to see if they could still take me. This was a day or new icy roads and car crashes. Many people seemed late. Their policy in understandable in most cases, however, I was not even 10 minutes late. And they were rude about it. Not friendly at all. Doctor and nurse were good and friendly though.

have been with this provider for years. She and her team are exceptional! Just one comment for this particular visit: the written instructions re: home care were incorrect. I noticed it and called in. One of her nurses agreed that the wrong instructions were sent, and talked me through what to do. Great help, as always.

Dr Dauenhauer is consistently professional and is also compassionate in her care. I trust her completely. Her office staff at all levels are also wonderful and treat me in the same way.

The doctor and assistant are always very caring. They're both very efficient and still professional. Go the extra step in getting correct prescriptions and at a reasonable cost.
