Everyone in this office is always very kind and professional. One of the best providers I have been to.

My appointment was scheduled at 7:30 with a you need to arrive by 7:15. I don't understand how a doctor is already running behind for her first or second appointment of the day? My time is just as important as hers. Also, when did sweatpants become proper attire for a doctor?

Front desk staff might benefit from encouragement to make eye contact and speak up when speaking with patients. I find it difficult to hear them when their head is down, and need to ask them to repeat what they said frequently. It is somewhat better with no masks, but could be better. They are not rude but do not seem pleased when I ask them to repeat. I have observed others having the same issues. Thank you.
