I love Dr. Dauenhauer, but her schedule is so packed that it would be unlikely that I would be able to see her if I had an issue.

I am always comfortable and trust Dr. D. I have gone to her for skin problems a very long time..at least 20 years I believe!

It was a good visit.

Dr. Dauenhauer always does a good job of explaining any questions I have.

The only thing is that they were running an hour and a half late, due to the fog and an accident on I94. Me and another patient arrived on time for are appointment. While waiting for are appointment in the next 1and a half hours 9 patients entered the waiting room and were seen. the receptionist never gave an explanation of what was going on, not till we were in the examination room I found out what was going on. The provider and assistance apologized for the wait and inconvenience and kept me up dated on what was going on. that was understandable and appreciated. It would of defused the situation if the receptionist would of at least gave us an explanation of the wait to put us two at ease. Otherwise, the provider and her assistant did a great job. Thanks for the good service otherwise.

I was very surprised and pleased with how quickly I was given an appointment. Doctor was very caring and happy that I came in.
