Not about provider but extremely difficult to call in, always waiting, need to physically go in to schedule a visit, sad

Dr Dauenhauer is very easy to talk to, listens to you and is very knowledgable. I feel confident that I received the best treatment available.

She's the only Dermatologist I've had that I actually look forward to for my appointments! :-)

My meeting with Dr Dauenhauer was excellent, however I was surprised and disappointed that there was no reading material in the waiting room. I was not able to access my cellular on my phone for Internet coverage because the Internet access was bad so I just had to sit and do nothing while waiting. Bring back some magazines or the daily paper please. Waiting room atmosphere is very cold and sterile.
