This nurse was very cold, did not make me feel comfortable and did not listen to what I was trying to tell her. I came in with two complaints about how I'm feeling and left with 5 things that were wrong with me and zero explanation. I will NEVER go to this nurse again.
The doctor's assistant was great. I wish I could remember her name she was excellent. I also loved the fact that Maria Arzadon followed up by her calling about an interaction with my current medication. Nice one on one interaction. The only down fall was the fact they have a very hard time seeing. What was completed and not showing completed and rx still showing on my chart. Update you computer's system to show updated info.
This was my first time meeting this nurse practitioner. She was engaging, she moved quickly reviewing records etc on the computer. She asked and answered questions. She seemed like she genuinely cared and took the time to be a good listener.
I don't like that they guard the door and force you to talk to them when you enter the building. I like that they are there if I have a question but mostly I know where I need to go and don't want to have to explain as I walk in the front door and be faced with attitude when I want to go where I need to go.
The people are very kind and I like the way they treat you. Thank you.

I don't believe the provider said good bye. Or verbally show empathy. She just followed the questions on the computer screen and chose a prescription.
