New insurance so first time there, that's why they didn't have medical history.
People at front desk, x-ray techs were awesome but when came down to physician telling results and next steps, they seemed distant and confused me with another patient. They also didn't seem to be aware of my current treatment plan. It made me question the validity of the info they provided and seemed to want to just rush me out.
Dr. Talerico and his staff are the consummate professionals. I was able to schedule an appointment within 24 hours after my phone call to them. I was seen within minutes of checking in at the office. Dr. Talerico treated my trigger finger within minutes of my arrival to the office. He thoroughly explained the options available to me. I am very pleased with the treatment received by Dr. Talerico & his staff. I would highly recommend them.
