The provider and staff impressed, as did the facility & most processes. Only obvious issue was that both the provider & assistant treated the request to mask as something very unusual, and they had to go searching to find even a spare surgical mask. Why? Still plenty of infectious diseases around, and some of us live with immunocompromised individuals. Please try to stock at least basic masks in each room, and preferably quality ~N95 respirators, because you will improve health outcomes - and your quality metrics - by reducing disease transmission. Thanks!

I found Dr Talerico a caring listener. He alleviated my concerns, reassured me it would take time to heal, and gave me suggestions on what to do to minimize pain. He said I could come back in 3 weeks if the injury didn't improve. I appreciate the time he took with me.
