My doctor was very patient and listened to my concerns. He was not judgmental and remained calm. He had me schedule a follow up to see if there has been any improvement in what we talked about.

I think you need improvement on the person who answers the phone. I never feel like they are really listening or have empathy for what I am telling them. They don't assess or triage the calls. They treat them all the same. They usually say, "I will pass it along." That's it. Even when I say, "it is really important that someone calls me back on this." I don't get a callback.
