Dr.Patel took plenty of time for my first visit and gave reasonable advises. Also the lab result came out and shared with the patient so promptly by the portal. I really like this part as well.

Dr. Patel made me feel like I was heard and I felt like he cared and I wasn't just a waste of his time. I felt that he listened and was patient and he found solutions for me. He made me not afraid to go to the doctor.

Professional attentive caring

I was roomed at the time of my appointment but the doctors was about 30 minutes behind the nurse completing the initial screening.
