Dr Bendealy and his team work well together. The front desk and lab also very good and nice to communicate with.
The only negative response I gave was to the first question. It took more than six weeks to get an appointment for a consultation.

Dr. Bandealy is wonderful! This was my annual visit after being treated by him for breast cancer. Seeing him each year after my mammogram, and having the blood tests he requires and reviews, gives me a good comfort level as a survivor.

I arrived 15 mins early (as requested) for a 1:45 appointment. We sat in the waiting area until 2:10 and the exam room after that until 2:30 when the doctor came in. After a short visit I was GIVEN, not consulted, a date for a return appointment. I admit this is not usual for the office, but it was quite frustrating.

Dr. Bandealy is fantastic which is why there is a long wait for appointments. I saw him 5 years ago for blood clots. Now my Dr. wanted me to follow up with a hematologist for a different issue, and I was willing to wait weeks to see him. Situation was not urgent, and he is definitely worth waiting for!!! The MA for checkin was so pleasant and professional. The reception area was efficient and friendly also. Overall all great employees and a positive experience! I usually go to the Racine Aurora facilities, but this facility is well worth the extra time and miles.
