Very good communicator. Down to earth but not condescending.

I really appreciated how he explained AFib and other potential causes, along with the physical and electrical complexities of the heart. I feel like I have a much better understanding of the risks, along with peace of mind bc of his thorough explanation and care. I wish all Drs were as kind and understanding and thoughtful as Dr. Ali

The Dr and the RN both took all the time needed to explain all options, clearly, as well as possible outcomes anticipated with each option. They wanted to know my understanding of the disease process and too time to explain further. This was a great and comfortable experience for a very anxious patient!
