Dr. Ali listened carefully and explained everything that I could ever want to know about a-fib and how to treat it with an ablation. Very impressive.
Dr. Ali and his staff are very compassionate and excellent professionals.
The care provider and the rest of his team were great. The support staff provided by aurora were unhelpful, snotty and rude.
my appointment was for 2:15 PM. I did not see the doctor until after 3 PM. I could hear him singing and making jokes in the hallway. I don't think that was appropriate when you have patients waiting.
Dr. Ali listens carefully to a patient's concerns and is willing to take a patient's experiences and opinions into consideration.
My only mildly negative criticism would be that I wasn't seen for a little more than an hour past my scheduled appointment time.
