Care, communication has improved. Initially I did not feel she was listening to my concerns. I discussed this behavior with the MD and care has improved over time. Tone, eye contact, not being dismissive.
Maddie is kind and courteous. She explains various treatments in a detailed way so I was able to understand.
She is delightful, listens, gives me good insight into my issues and sound advise. Very responsive when I need help. Really appreciate the attention and care I get.
