Very knowledgeable very accurate friendly understanding and sensitive to my condition I really like going to her

This is really my first experience with Aurora and I've been very pleased. They talk to me, answer questions and make me feel better when I leave.

Excellent provider! I always feel listened to, and she takes many things into consideration in regards to my health, and comes up with out-of-the-box options my other providers haven't thought of for my issues. When I have a medical mystery, she doesn't stop seeing me as a patient or brush me off. She tries to solve the puzzle. I always feel mentally better after discussing my health with her. Her nurses are great, too!!

This is a new provider for me, my other provider retired. I like this provider, he explained everything to me and went over the plans for going forward.

Excellent timing and great communication.

Slow down when talking. We know she knows her stuff, but talk at a pace others will feel comfortable.and not feel rushed. I was okay with the pace, but anyone else maybe would not appreciate the robotic approach. Her check-in assistant technician was super friendly and efficient.

Appreciated the level to which next step options were discussed.
