Very thorough, to the point and clear about future care

I must say that I had a 2:45 appointment. I waited until nearly 4:00 before I was called in. I should say that he may have spent more time with an earlier patient, and if I needed a similar amount of time for me, I know that he would spend time with someone who needs it.
