scheduled to be a phone visit. Appointment at 1:15 but Drs office never called. I had to leave home because I had another appointment at 2PM . Got a call from Drs office at 3pm saying sorry they missed me. Message on answering machine. Next day contacted Drs. office after several tries. Able to get another phone visit month later.
Dr. K is one of the most excellent providers. I know. He explains everything to you in layman's terms. Never talks down to you. Always looks you right in the eyes and explains everything thoroughly.
Dr. Kostopoulos was excellent and office staff were very friendly.
