Waiting to see this doctor in the room was really long about a half hour to 45 minute wait. Appointment was 9:30 did not see him till 10:20

I guess Dr. Was just running behind. Appointment was at 315. Didn't see Dr. Till 5.

Everything was just fine with my appointment.

Dr Kostopoulos is a great person, professional friendly and helpful.

Staff was helpful and kind. Dr. Kostopoulos was informative and always makes me feel at ease.

I really appreciated Dr. Kostopoulos clear explanation of how the anatomy of my heart is working. Educational and encouraging! I was instructed to arrive at 9:30 for a 9:45 appointment, but was not called back until 9:10. I appreciated the time he took with me, and assume that he was offering the same kindness to other patients, still, it was slightly frustrating.

Informative , given options , willing to listen to my wants . Gave me a total picture to pick best way to move forward.
