This was my first visit and he somehow knew my history well enough to have. A plan of action ready with permits ready for signing and pre-op instructions and etc in the folder. Even a plan for future actions to consider. None of this history was in my record because it was at a different hospital

Dr.Potter was informative about issue and gave me time to decide after my next mri , answered all my questions. Was polite.
He was nice, however wasn't very good at listening to our concerns. He explained things , but to me didn't have the best bedside manner.
