Calling to make an appointment is not good! It would be wonderful to be able to talk to the office I am calling. It used to be very convenient to call to make appointments or to talk to a nurse. Someone who actually knows me! Please return the calling center to the way is was!

Dr Potter is a very skilled, knowledgeable, forthright, plain spoken and charismatic physician. He welcomes any questions and is direct in his explanations. I never feel rushed. He exudes and instills confidence. The other staff in this office are also very helpful and kind.
