The Dr potter was very friendly. Made me feel relaxed and the other girls that worked for him very friendly and made me feel relaxed also.
I would like to thank the nurses and doctors for being kind and understanding for the care and time they took to make me feel comfortable while awaiting surgery and after. They were very great at what they do and very gentle.
i was early and roomed before my appoitment time and left 10 minutes after my start time. They are all so friendly make me feel comfortable and not just a number.
Waste of time, response, "put a bandage on". Unbelievable. I do not agree that it is not infected. Do not believe it is liquid drainage from a finger joint. For five years there has been a lot of joint liquid, can't believe all that drainage has come from an arthritic small finger joint.
Simply, Dr. Potter & his entire staff are the best.

Dr. Potter and his Nurse were awesome. Very confident yet not concede or rude. I was very pleased with how the surgery was handled. Now, on to the after care and healing!

Dr. Potter was very likeable and understood what I am going thru, but I want to know if needed would I get more injections if I decide not to do surgery? Everyone was very nice.
