I was surprised I didn't receive any notes in my Live Well regarding the things that were discussed with me during my visit. I called to check on this and they said they didn't have anything except my med list height and weight to send me.

Part of the issue was addressed but basically blown off about my concerns. Given a cortisone shot but never addressed if my symptoms could be related to neck vs shoulder and really nothing on my carpal tunnel. Then again the scheduler apparently didn't put my carpal tunnel on for this date. We do have a follow up so hopefully will get more answers then.
