The Dr's a Hoot!

Dr Potter is informative and communicated well.

All health care providers, insurance companies, drug companies, drug middlemen & politicians need to collaborate and restructure the current health care delivery system. There is fraud, abuse, overlap of services, waste, excessive overhead, administrative heavy. If all principals don't get together and have a serious conversation there will be serious industry financial and quality of care detrimental consequences!!

Dr. Potter took great care to not only explain in a manner that was understandable. he used a model of the shoulder to demonstrate how a reverse shoulder replacement is performed. He gave me additional information that was helpful to understand both past experiences and how to prepare for future surgeries. I also really liked that he had a sense of humor! Laughter can be very healing.
