Dr. Potter took great care to not only explain in a manner that was understandable. he used a model of the shoulder to demonstrate how a reverse shoulder replacement is performed. He gave me additional information that was helpful to understand both past experiences and how to prepare for future surgeries. I also really liked that he had a sense of humor! Laughter can be very healing.

Dr. Potter has a very uplifting personality and keeps putting a smile on is patient's face. It would have been nice if he would have been in the room longer than 5 minutes....
