Dr. Potter and his staff have always been very helpful and answer all my questions when I have them. Always very friendly and kind they make you feel comfortable.
I wanted to see my MRI results and I was not showen. I also had a couple questions but he was out the door already.

While I realize Dr. Potter is a good surgeon, his bedside manner needs improvements. When the nurse had to make excuses for him, that showed me I'm not the only one with issues. Everytime I leave his office, I feel stupid and have questions.
Dr. Potter is very efficient and excellent at his hand knowledge! I was in and out of my appointment in a timely manner. It does take a couple of months to get that initial appointment as he is so popular.
He made it clear what the plan of treatment will be, answered my questions and performed an exam of my hands. I left knowing what the next steps will be.
