We were talking about a possible surgery. It would have been nice to have had a hard copy of what she was recommending. I got home and could not remember the specifics. I did message the next day and I did get answers. I was also taken aback that, in the message, the nurse told me that I would not need to come back for 2 years for a visit. I did message back and ask why. She told me that now that I am going on Medicare, Medicare will not pay for annual visits. This was a quite a blow since I do have an issue that could require surgery in the future. The nurse did say that I could pay out of pocket for an annual visit. I wish that that would have been brought up in my visit, and not in a message. I do want to thank the nurse for answering all of my surgery questions.
