Dr. Harshbarger and nurse and LPN were super friendly and nice and helpful. Thank you. However, AURORA Summit changed and not for the better. The environment has less people and more virtual signage which is not preferred. There are posters up that are in need of explanation!! What is going on at Aurora? Crime is up all over and the staff should be protected; are they?Since Covid 19 lock downs and masking people are changed and not for the better. Sterile hospital lobbies and no valet parking is not good. People need people not virtual or artificial intelligence to navigate health care. Thank you
